Joint Osbaldwick and Lakeside Choirs’ Christmas Concert

On Monday 4th of December at St Olave’s church in Marygate, we held the very first joint choir event between Lakeside and Osbaldwick Primary Academies.

We joined together to share Christmas cheer and it was a fabulous way to start the Christmas celebrations. We were so proud of all the children who performed together especially with the solos. Many thanks goes to Mrs Marshall for all her organising especially for arranging for her daughter, Miss Marshall, to sing alongside the children. That was such a treat. Thank you to York Arts Education for their fantastic tech support. And finally thank you to all the staff who supported and the parents for getting the children there. Hopefully this will be the first of many joint ventures!
